Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center located in Baton Rouge, LA. is Louisiana's largest private hospital, we are seeking a Pediatric Surgeon. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Surgeon to join our dynamic, rapidly growing Children’s Hospital and physician group. With 95 beds and averaging more than 30,000 patient visits per year, Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital is supported by a 14 bed emergency department and a broad range of pediatric subspecialties including: Allergy and Immunology, Cardiology, Critical Care, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Genetic Counseling, Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Pulmonology. Our 14 bed PICU is operated 24/7 by a team of Board Certified Intensivists and four LSU surgical residents are on service at any given time. In addition to surgical obligations, clinical research opportunities are available and encouraged. Adjunct LSU faculty appointments are also offered. A user-friendly clinical information system with CPOE is accessible from home with dedicated technology support. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
