Come join the fun at the new Suttons Children’s Hospital
Suttons Children’s Hospital provides specialized Pediatric Care from birth to 17 years of age. The hospital provides a unique family center care for our region: The facility includes;
A 40 bed Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Fully trained RN staff, two neonatalogists, 5 neonatal nurse practitioners, two parent rooming in rooms.
A 16 bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with open parent visiting, sleeping accommodations for parents. Fully trained RN staff, two Pediatric Intensivisits.
A 22 bed Pediatric Unit with all private rooms, two play rooms, one for teens which provides computers, laundry facilities, meditation room and chapel. Three Pediatric Hospitalists provide 24-hour care to help supplement the staff pediatricians.
Two specially-equipped surgical suites and designated pediatric recovery area, with two Pediatric Surgeons.
Child Life Program
Pre and post natal teaching department
Two full time RN Educators , one for NICU, one for Pediatrics and PICU
Pediatric Specialists’ Out patient Clinic
Pediatric after hours Emergency Fast Track
Neonatal and Pediatric Air and ground Transports
