Job Summary:
Our selected candidate will coordinate and deliver care that includes:
Patient assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of care
Diagnostic studies, admits, appointments, procedures, and consultant/referrals
Serving various populations from infants and pediatric to adult and geriatric
Interacting directly with physicians, patients, staff
Facilitating home health and other outpatient therapies
Ensuring compliance and/or adjustments to treatment plans
Patient advocacy and education
Delegating appropriate responsibilities to staff as needed
Ensuring all performance, care, safety compliance

Requirements and attributes.
The Nurse we choose will be a seasoned professional ready to make a clear leadership impact on our Urology Clinic.
Requirements:
Louisiana RN licensure (or eligible)
BLS, ACLS, PALS certification and CPR
3+ years of Urology experience
Graduation from an accredited school RN program
3+ years of Urology experience
Proven organizational, decision-making and delegating skills
Strong sense of accountability, patient compassion and staff team building
