Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing hospital and/or service line goals within the area supervised. Accountable clinical, fiscal and service quality outcome c with! in the overall guidelines set by the Department Director. Provides direct supervision, coaching and mentoring to professional personnel of the inpatient units of the hospital. Supports the professional practice model, standards of nursing practice and the legal and industry standards related to the Service Line. Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Current Louisiana RN licensure, BLS, PALS certification preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Three to five years of current pediatric clinical practice experience in various practice areas (PICU, NICU, floor experience). Management experience strongly preferred.
