Job Description:
Solo pediatric practice focused on delivering excellent patient service in a fun, family-oriented atmosphere, requires an energetic, highly personable front desk manager and patient coordinator. Must possess outstanding customer service and the skills to run front desk operations and help create a warm, caring environment at the practice.This role requires the following skills:
Dynamic, gets-it-done personality!
Do you possess the ability to shine in stressful situations? We seek a personality that is calm under pressure, can juggle challenges and endless work flow, and still be smiling at the end of the day.
Strong patient service skills.
Do you deliver service with a smile when interacting with patients and co-workers? A tolerant and outgoing personality is the baseline requirement for this role.
Medical office experience! .
Do you have significant experience in medical practice o! perations? We need a seasoned professional who is used to managing patient demands and day-to-day operations effectively.
