Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

Acute hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team in their acute care inpatient rehab unit. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
'Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
'Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a physical therapist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative measures agai! nst the loss of motor skills and promotes overall healthier li! festyles. Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation
School
Sports medicine
Required Qualifications
No new grads, no PTA's
Must be able to start August 7 - 12
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer someone with lots of Acute experience as well as some IP and OP experience as well.
