Job Details:
Oversees the daily operations of a single prima! ry care site focusing on physician and staff relationships, customer service, and financial management. Assures that all medical equipment and other physical properties are maintained in good operational condition. Effectively coordinates the clinic operations by coordinating administrative policies, physician preferences, and patient needs. Provides leadership, direction, and guidance to office staff for whom he/she is responsible.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience
3 years experience in medical clinic or Bachelor's degree
Administrative Skills
Ability to formulate, initiate and supervise sound business and clinical policies/procedures
Delegates appropriately to all levels of staff
Job Skills
Thorough working knowledge of medical office computer system
Interpersonal Skills
Customer service oriented attitude/behav! ior
Excellent oral and written communication skills
