Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation - (PT - Rehab)
StartDate: ASAP! Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: 44.50 *
REHAB hospital is looking for a highly motivated and energetic physical therapist to join the team in their INPATIENT REHAB UNIT. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.
Additional Requirements/Information:
" Interested candidates must have 1 year of experience
" Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT and/or registered as a physical therapist per state requirements.
A physical therapist (PT) is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients of all ages who suffer from physical conditions that limit the ability to move and/or perform daily functional activities. A PT has a number of job functions, including assessing the patient and creating an individualized treatment plan to work on the areas that could use improvement. In assisting with a patient’s physical therapy, a PT also incorporates preventative meas! ures against the loss of motor skills and promotes overall hea! lthier lifestyles. The settings worked in include:
Acute
Home health
Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation
School
Sports medicine
Required Qualifications
Must have LA licensure in hand and start within next 2-3 weeks at the most
No new grads - at least 2 years of experience and must be able to hit the ground running.
