Location: Morgan City, Louisiana

Description: DMR is presently looking of Director of Pharmacy right now, this position will be situated in Louisiana. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. As the Director of Pharmacy you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a hospital pharmacy, all pharmacy department activities, and its staff. This includes drug procurement & inv! entory management, compliance with corporate policies & procedures and state & federal regulations, JCAHO compliance, P &T Committee, overseeing clinical pharmacy services, budgets & financials, and hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Requires:

• B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. Residency training is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an acute care hospital setting with at least 3 years in a Management/Supervisory role for a mid-size hospital.
• Active NJ Pharmacist license, or eligible to reciprocate (with no marks on any license).
