RN provides appropriate management of clinic concerns so that optimum qu! ality care is provided in a cost effective manner. The RN works to establish links with community and agency resources. The RN supervises the day-to-day operations of assigned clinics and coordinates medical care by a multi-disciplinary team. The RN must be able to work non-traditional clinic hours.
Position is part-time. Minimum Qualifications
RN with current licensure in Louisiana
Two (2) years nursing experience
Demonstrated ability to communicate with and to connect with children, parents, homeless youth and youth presenting for reproductive health care
Able to stand and walk for 8 hours without rest Minimum Education
Graduate of accredited School of Nursing Preferred Qualifications
BSN
Ambulatory nursing care and reproductive health care experience
Organizational and supervisory experience
Clinical experience in pediatric healthcare
Proficiency in Spanish
