A Pediatric position is available at a thriving pediatric group within a short driving distance from Lafayette, the heart of Cajun culture. We will provide the right candidate with a competitive salary, a very comfortable call schedule (currently 3 calls per month) and a wonderful patient mix. We have a great supportive staff and EMR. Schedule is standard M-F office hours with each MD having a day off during the week.
The new pediatrician is required to attend deliveries when requested by OB (most deli! veries here are not in this category) and needs to have excell! ent communication skills. Experience is preferred but not required. Local ties to the area are also a plus. Each pediatrician in this practice is at or near the 90th % for income per MGMA. Full benefits include CME and paid vacation, health, disability, and malpractice coverage, as well as a 3% IRA match. A partnership track is available. This area is known for excellent restaurants, famous festivals and friendly people.
