CMO Position:
- Directs the staff and programs of the organization's clinical programs. Works closely with hospital staff, department directors, and physicians to ensure that the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
- 60% clinical, 40% admin
- Oversees the implementation of quality improvement efforts designed to improve clinical performance and maintain compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other accreditation standards.
- Evaluates developments in medical care and makes recommendations for new practices and procedures.
- Advises CEO and medical teams on matters impacting patient care

- 5+ years of CMO experience
- FQHC experience preferred
- MD/ DO will be considered
- Must have completed a Family Medicine / Pediatrics / Internal Medicine Residency
- Active and Unrestricted Louisiana license
