A maintenance cleaner is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of a facility, building, or premises. The ideal candidate for the role of a maintenance cleaner should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Good knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, with the ability to operate and maintain them effectively.
- Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the premises, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and high-standard deep cleaning at project sites.
- Hard-working, flexible, and have a positive attitude towards work.
- Coordination with the engineering and maintenance team (Painting, Carpentry, AC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil work, etc.) for project-related tasks.
- Work together with the maintenance team on daily maintenance complaints, PPM, emergency complaints, etc.
- Responsible for managing the Garbage room, Garbage chute, Garbage collection, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adherence to all safety procedures and regulations.
- Good communication skills in English are preferred.
