Required Arabic Male CSR for a call center of a real estate company.
Location Abu Dhabi
· Answered customer (inbound-outbound) calls.
· Managed high-volume customer queries simultaneously through effective multitasking.
· Making Outbound calls to offered detailed advice on product and service benefits.
· Coordinate with the facility management team to ensure resolve properties tenants and owners issues.
· Handling Complaints and resolving customer complaints or issues related to real estate transactions, such as property conditions, contract disputes, or agent behaviors and investigate the problem, work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Salary: AED 3000 to 4500

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
