HR Staff [Philippines]


 

1. Recruitment Process Management: Effectively manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing new employees, receiving application documents, scheduling interviews, coordinating with interviewers, and notifying candidates of hiring decisions.

2. Employment Contract Creation: Prepare employment contracts for new hires and contract renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and company policies.

3. Development of HR Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, improving them based on legal requirements and industry best practices.

4. Facilitation of Internal Communication: Understand and address work-related issues and concerns by maintaining communication with employees. Responsible for planning and implementing internal information sharing and communication events.

5. Employee File Management: Properly manage employee data such as personal information, employment contracts, salary details, and utilization of paid leave, ensuring timely updates as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Has at least 1 year of work experience in HR?
  • Must be willing to work on Saturdays (WFH)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php20,000.00 per month
