- To analysis of any import and export issue which may occurred to shipment.
- To negotiate transportation and handling costs as well as space and equipment availability for air/sea/overland freight operations with truckers, shipping lines and other supplier
- To follow up closely with agents and shipping lines to ensure that pricing is provided on time
- To recheck all import-Export documents (Invoice, packing list C/O Form A,D,E,BL,LC or other) Then submit manifest amendment to proper LSC/Carrier within cut off time
- To prepare customs process for import & export shipment with correctly detail.
- To preparing shipment report and update the status of the shipment to customer.
- Any special assignment be Operation Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Have sales experienced in Sea and Air freight Forwarder At least 1-2 years.
- Good communications skills both spoken and written in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to persuade customer.
- Energetic, Well-Organized, Self-Initiated and good coordination skill.
- Good working knowledge of product with ability to quickly learn.
- Adaptability tot charge in the work environment.
- Have personal vehicle.
- Strong leadership, good analytical and problem-solving skill and can work fast under pressure.
