Partnership Project Coordinator [United Arab Emirates]


 

  • Coordinate the University research partnership and agreements.
  • Coordinate research partnership meetings; and manage tailored mailings and event invitations.
  • Work collaboratively with Office of Associate Provost for Research and University Outreach Department to organize research events, international conferences, workshops etc.
  • Maintain records of research agreements and partnership, build up database.
  • Provide assistance to researchers to enhance partnership identification and development and assist through all the phases of partnership agreements.
  • Work with partnership department to enhance universities industry and government engagement and partnership.
  • Coordination with the concerned authorities & university outreach department following procedures of MOU’s and collaborations & secure special entry permits, facilitate travel procedures, hospitality reservations.
  • Enhance and build up effective communications and relations with governmental and local institutions in the UAE.
  • Seek for research opportunities and collaborations locally & internationally
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Relations, Marketing & Communications, Law or any relevant area

Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4 years experience in reputable entity
