Sales Representative - West Austria [Austria]


 

Our client is a manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies and is the world’s fastest-growing women’s health company.

Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Austria.

This role entails driving business growth in West Austria while delivering exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships, and consistently surpassing customer expectations.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Maximizing profit through the sale of implants, related products and solutions against the agreed sales plan.
  • Assist in the building and development of our brand locally, in line with the global marketing strategy.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and assist surgeons with any queries they might have.
  • Be a business partner for their customers to grow activity and revenue.
  • Be present in the operating room with customers to create a strong relationship, understand their needs, and provide helpful advice when using our products.

To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the healthcare, MedTech or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with other people both inside and outside the organization.
  • Dynamic and persistent personality, possessing great organizational skills.
