Job Description:
HR (50%)
▪ Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment and selection process, assist the management team in talent acquisition where needed, mostly mid-senior roles.
▪ On/off-boarding: Prepare employment contracts, acknowledgement of resignation letters, staff confirmation letters and other HR-related letters
▪ Compensation & Benefits: Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation and ad-hoc processing of commission payment; assist in salary benchmarking and budgeting, compensation and benefits review etc.
▪ HR Administrations: Administrator for all HR related government portals (MOM/ICA/GPCLetc); monitor and administer work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations etc.
Office Administration (50%):
▪ Support the management in local office set up
▪ Support the management in overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the work environment
▪ Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Successful candidate should:
▪ Hold at least a diploma degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
▪ Have 2-3 years of related working experience in both HR and office related matters.
▪ Be familiar with local labour legislation and all HR related government portals
▪ Be fluent in English, mandarin speaker can be a plus.
▪ Be passionate about joining a start up team and building up everything from the beginning.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
