Physical therapist assistants (PTAs) provide the help PTs need while working with patients. PTAs are responsible for a number of tasks (e.g. assisting with therapy). There are a number of settings PTs work in, such as:
Acute
Home health
Long-term care
Outpatient
Pediatric
Psychiatric
Rehabilitation
School
Sports medicine
Job Requirements
Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a PTA and/or registered as a Physical Therapist Assistant per state requirements
Interested candidates must have 1+ years of experience
