Duties and Responsibilities Possess extensive and detailed carpentry experience; capable of installing, repairing, and cleaning wooden floors; read and follow blueprints; level the ground for construction; acquire and deliver construction tools and materials; follow established safety rules and regulations; oversee inventory of tools and materials and report to supervisors; waterproof and geothermal protection layers; business owners or directors may reasonably require other duties. Skills and experiences required for candidates: experience in both tile and floor installation, driving skills preferred but not required; attention to detail and a diligent work attitude; physically capable of handling heavy work and working overtime; excellent work ethic and time management skills, passion for the industry; successful candidates must not have any criminal records.
