Job Description


As a key member of the Group P&O team, you will be responsible for overseeing organization-wide senior leadership talent activities and for developing and leading a standardized talent management approach to support our organization’s innovative, high-growth and high-performing and culture. This will include planning, design, development, and implementation of targeted projects and programs. The person we are looking for will be responsible for creating success measures to assess the effectiveness of TOMRA´s Talent plans and strategies and to assure TOMRA’s talents achieve their full potential.

This role is part of the Group P&O Leadership Team and reports to EVP P&O - Stefan Schrahe.

This role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities that you will drive in close collaboration with the divisional P&O teams.:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a common organizational talent approach and philosophy that enables our business strategy and cultivates a high-performing and innovative culture.
  • Take lead in defining and implementing common understanding of definitions, how to visualize talents and how to measure progress.
  • Lead the Group Executive leadership dev program & other group development and assessment programs.
  • Foster talent movement and mobility across the organization and oversee the Talent Pipeline initiatives across the company.
  • Incorporate a perspective on, and a passion for, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on talent strategy, processes, and programs.
  • Lead the employee engagement agenda to continually improve the talent experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Design, implement and Lead the Group Graduate Development program.

Reinforce continuous improvement and encourage best practice sharing, by engaging with divisional talent communities and ensure that best practices are identified and shared across the organization.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, where all employees have access to the latest insights, strategies, and tools to drive their development and growth.


Qualifications
  • BS/BA in relevant business and/or P&O functional discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience with talent-related practices having successfully designed and implemented PO/Development programs in a progressive, dynamic people-driven organization.
  • 5 + years as a specialist developing, building, implementing, and improving:
    • A Performance Management Strategy and System
    • A Succession Planning Strategy & System
    • A True Learning Culture and Environment
    • A Leadership & Career Development System

We believe that a collaborative mindset is key for success in this role. Good communication skills in English as well as being able to deal with all levels of management and develop relationships within and across a global organization, will be essential.

Additionally we're looking for a person who has:

  • Ability to think strategically and create and further develop systems, processes and programs that are simple, aligned, linked and effective.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of designing highly effective Talent Management processes, engagement, and performance development and management leading practices.
  • Experience hands-on leader, mentor, and performance coach.
  • Experience in organization, culture, or leadership strategy work. You can demonstrate a positive approach and ability to deal with change and ambiguity
