What you need to succeed
We need somebody who's ambitious, has superb time management skills and is comfortable with working around tight deadlines. Here are the rest of the requirements:
Years worked: At least two to four years of working experience (L1 and L2 support role)
Education: Bachelor of Information Technology or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (Major in Network and Information Security) or similar
Can communicate clearly in the client's preferred language
QA Experience
Familiar with ticketing systems and WFM scheduling tools
Adheres to scripts (for QA purposes)
Responds positively when feedback is given for QA calls
Typing speed minimum 20-30 words per minute
Use of a Call Center Software system: 8x8 or similar
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
Technical Experience
Linux fundamentals
Troubleshooting
Android and IOS operating systems
ISP Faults and DNS Outages
Using SSID to identify and access Wi-Fi
Able to use diagnostic tools for network issues
Can use SSH for remote access and ping tests
Can restart POE devices
Can describe the cause of an outage in a written report (technical terms included)
Familiar with Network infrastructure, hardware, software, and diagnostic tools
